Pauanesia

Pauanesia is about being Kiwi. For the past 20 years we’ve celebrated what is special about New Zealand with our own unique goods. Almost all our products are designed, printed and constructed especially for us. Our inspiration is the wild coast, the native bush, our stories and passions, and the wairua (spirit) of New Zealand.

Established in 1995.
Our focus for over 20 years has been to collaborate with local designers, artists, and jewellers along with small scale producers and agents to create true and fresh NZ mementos. We tell the New Zealand story in unique home textiles, Merino Possum knitted accessories, bags, sarongs, vintage kiwi chaps, jewellery and stationery and more. We remain a small passionate Kiwi enterprise with a big connection and love for this place. Come visit us.

Heather has been the dedicated owner of Pauanesia since the doors flew open in 1995. Before putting all her blood, sweat and tears into this passionate local enterprise she worked in the textile industry.
