Pacific Pickle Works pickled vegetable products and savory drink mixers are all-natural and hand-crafted in Santa Barbara, California. These « West Coast » style pickles are known for their spicy and complex flavors and crunchy texture than can only come from preserving the freshest vegetables from the region immediately after harvest. There are 11 pickled varieties to choose from including the original spicy Cukarambas spears and the semi-sweet Bread & Buddhas. Pacific Pickle Works is well known for their Bloody Mary garnishes such the Good Food Award winning pickled green beans Jalabeaños or Asparagusto, and for the adventurous, Stokra pickled okra or the sofi™ Award winning Brussizzle Sprouts. Pacific Pickle Works is also a leader in the savory drink category and has won numerous awards for their Bloody Mary Elixir which features house-made Worcestershire sauce, Michelada Shrub and bottled Pickle Brine.

Bradley Bennett started making pickles at home for holiday gifts for friends and family. After years of working in shared kitchens around Santa Barbara, in 2015 Pacific Pickle Works opened it’s own small factory on Union Ave.Bradley B.

Pacific Pickle Works was founded in 2010 by Bradley Bennett, a Santa Barbara native whose spicy homemade pickles began as holiday gifts for friends and family, and quickly sparked a craving amongst locals.
