Sure, we prepare and bake our artisan bread fresh daily to serve up what many consider to be the best sandwiches in Charlotte. But we also prepare savory soups, made-to-order omelets & pancakes and complete your meal with flaky, melt-in-your mouth pastries that are worth their weight in butter. Renowned in NoDa Charlotte, North Carolina for the Chicken and the Egg breakfast sandwich, this entrée has changed the breakfast scene in the Queen City. Made with hand breaded chicken tenders, a poached egg, and homemade Chipotle Cheerwine sauce, this sandwich has become a superstar among the signature menu items offered.

His vision was to provide signature loaves, sandwiches, and soups to the city that would enhance the flavors of food and create the ultimate eating experience.
