L'atelier Patisserie

After working as pastry chef for 15 years , I wanted to do something simple and authentic, without too much pretension , so brought a piece of southern France to Vancouver . I bake the french way like I always been told.

Come and enjoy our french pastries freshly baked every morning: croissants, pains au chocolat, brioches and much more! Coffee drinks will be served to pair with our pastries. (Psst, espresso is Franck’s favourite!)
