We are a Local family owned business since 1975. We specialize in « cut to order » items of Beef, Pork, Chicken, Lamb and Goat. Seafood and hard to find items are available too.

Started in 1975 as a processor or abattoir for cows, pigs etc for the local area. *Please keep in mind we stop « Special Cuts » at 3:00-3:30pm Tuesday-Friday and 2:00-2:30pm on Saturdays.*
