We are the largest producer of sausages in Manhattan. In business since 1933 in the same hells kitchen location where we are located today. We are proud to be USDA inspected and manufacture over 16 varieties of pork and chicken sausages. We sell wholesale only in NYC but have nationwide individual shipping available via our website.

This is a third generation butcher shop that hat been in business for over 100 years. We been at our location on ninth avenue since 1932. We supply some of the best restaurants in New York City as well as many of the food magazines and food shows such as Food Network and The Rachel Ray Show.
