At DellaPietra’s, we’re all about the finest quality meats along & expert butchers. Our beef is aged four to six weeks in an expert, temperature-controlled environment. Our full-line of poultry is all-natural, free-range, and raised locally. All pork is yielded from the Berkshire, Kurobuta black hog, renown worldwide for quality. We only sell all-natural, American lamb, and our veal products are milk-fed, yielded from the loin section. Accompanying our specialty meats is a crafted selection of gourmet edibles, including local cheeses, fresh delivery of artisan breads, balsamic vinegars and olive oils aged on premise. Our chefs prepare carefully selected side dishes to complement our proteins. Our graceful dry-aging program and our attention to service make for a culinary experience with every meal. We aspire to grow with the neighborhood while satisfying the discerning palettes of our customers and solidifying the connection between people and their food.
