Cruz N Gourmet

Cruz N Gourmet is a unique mobile food truck. We are a completely mobile gourmet commercial kitchen. We can cater or vend almost anywhere. The truck is completely self contained. We offer a unique menu of gourmet world food. Menus are created and updated daily. Specialized menus are created for personal parties, private events or corporate luncheons. Our specialty is the uniqueness of the truck and the food created by our head chef, Daric Wallace, who has travelled and lived in many countries. Our chef creates the menu based on his experiences in foreign countries and brings the unique flavors of his food here to Santa Cruz.

Established in 2011.
Cruz N Gourmet was created by the owners, Daric and Kathy Wallace. After living abroad for 12 years we have decided to start business in Santa Cruz and still be able to travel, i.e. mobile gourmet food truck!

Daric graduated from the Western Culinary Institue in Portland, OR, April 1994. He spent over 10 years travelling and learning unique cooking techniques and creative menu planning. He has owned and operated a resort and two restaurants overseas. Now living with his family in Santa Cruz, CA, he has created Cruz N Gourmet. The only mobile gourmet commercial kitchen that roams the streets of Santa Cruz.
