The Boise Bistro Market is family owned and operated by Moe and Karen Stark and sons: Keuper and Kurtis. We appreciate our customer’s support and friendship over the last 25 years and look forward to continuing to meet Boise’s culinary needs. In those 25 years, we’ve changed names and products but our goal has always been the same: To provide superior-quality, fresh, and wholesome food products that appeal to consumers who demand great service and healthy choices. We aim to incorporate locally-produced ingredients from the Northwest as much as we can. We commit to uphold these values for our guests, employees, and our community. We want guests to walk out our doors happier and fuller than when they arrived.
