1928: BRF is founded by Irwin Kerns as an upholstery shop on 3rd & Garfield in Milw. 1948: BRF moves to 723 W. Mitchell St. 1989: BRF acquires an additional building on Mitchell St & remodels to connect 4 buildings. 1994: BRF becomes a founding member of Furniture 1st Buying Group. 2006: BRF relocates to Greenfield & Randi K. becomes BRF’s spokesperson. 2011: BRF celebrates their 5th year in Greenfield. 2012: BRF is honored at the BBB’s 100th anniversary celebration at the Harley-Davidson Museum. 2013: BR Furniture adds a new generation when Randi, 4th Generation Family Member, welcomed, Jordan, BR’s 5th Generation Family Member. 2014: Mort K., a 2nd Generation Family Member passed away at the age of 85. Sarah K., a 4th Generation Family member joined our sales team. We also welcomed our store mascot, Kugel! 2015: BR sends members of our sales team to visit our Amish builders in Holmes County, OH. 2016: BR celebrates 10 years in our Greenfield location.
