We opened in our first retail location in the Short North Arts District of Columbus in 1994. As the business outgrew our retail store, we realized we had 2 businesses: A Retail Gift Shop and a corporate and internet-based service. In October of 1996 we were given the opportunity (thanks to a bidding war on our retail space) to re-evaluate our business model and location at the time. In order to provide the best possible service to our core client base, we are now located in a business park with a front office and warehouse. We ship with UPS, Fed-Ex and can courier locally. Baskets by Bonnie also has a small retail area where customers can stop in and pick up their purchase. Our best form of advertisement is a satisfied customer, which is how I found Yelp. By way of « doing the right thing » we created a fan in our first reviewer who told us that she put up a review here. Sites and reviews like this are what makes it all worthwhile!
