Our products are all natural, antibiotic/hormone free, and humanely raised. We are proud to sell free-range, local Certified Hereford Beef and our chicken is from Main Street Poultry, locally sourced since 1956. We support and sell other local meat products as well.

We are a brother/sister team and 4th generation butchers. We grew up and are still working in our father’s meat shop that provides high quality meats to many local restaurants and customers. We decided to use our knowledge to bring the same restaurant quality meat to people’s dinner tables through meat delivery. Our products are all processed locally at the Main Street Quality Meats plant in South Salt Lake City (our father’s butcher shop.) All products are local, all natural, antibiotic/hormone-free, and humanely raised.Stephanie and Jayson F.

Stephanie and Jayson Faddis are the visionaries and co-owners of 56 Cutz – Butchers since 1956, Quality Meat Delivery to Your Door.Stephanie is also the head of HR and Accounts Payable at Main Street Quality Meats and Jayson manages the meat cutters and purchasing at Main Street Quality Meats.
They also have great supportive spouses and two amazing kids each.
