Champagne Jewelers is owned and operated by Frank Liu and Cindy Champagne-Liu of Liberty, Mo. They are both Master Bench Jewelers and each have experience designing and repairing jewelry for over 30 years. In addition, multiple designs have won awards from the Missouri Jewelers and Watchmakers Association.
