« Stuffed » is a partnership between two friends. The first friend, a true cajun from New Roads, LA. You can thank his family for the authentic recipes. They have been perfecting these recipes for 3 generations in southern Louisiana and are now ours to share. The second friend, an austinite for 15 years, brings the food management experience to the partnership and he’s pretty handy in the kitchen too…
