We offer 2-sided, flippable mattresses, made with botanical latex, wool, organic cotton, innerspring coil and other earth-friendly components; pillows of all types and breathable bedding, including duvets, mattress toppers, and mattress pads; handcrafted traditional and platform bed frames, dressers, chests, nightstands; stylish sofa beds and comfortable leather sofas, couches, and recliners. And of course, as our name says, we offer more than we can list here!

Bedrooms & More is a family-owned company founded by Jeff & Wanda Garfield, who still run the business today alongside their 3 adult sons, one daughter in law, & a cousin. We employ a staff of almost 40 people, including our sales team, delivery & service team, distribution center team, & web team. We began as a waterbed store back in the 70s when waterbeds were the hot new thing. The mattress industry has changed a lot through the years, but we believe one thing hasn’t changed: customers want & deserve quality. That’s why, several years ago, we made the conscious decision to part ways with how the mainstream mattress industry (controlled by venture capital) does things. We sell only 2-sided mattresses you can flip & rotate, because they last up to 3 times as long as ‘can’t flip’ mattresses. In 2018, we’ll open the doors of our new, state of the art retail location. The new building will serve as a gateway to Wallingford when traveling west on NE 45th from the University District.

Jeff started the business in 1972 and was joined by his lifetime partner and wife, Wanda, in 1973. Today, Jeff & Wanda run the business with their three adult sons, Thane, Blake, & Drew. Blake’s wife Krystal also works in the business, along with Wanda’s cousin Bev. Bedrooms & More is a true family business and for Jeff, this is what makes the work so deeply fulfilling.
