Quinta Caporales (QC Meat Market) was founded in march of 2009 in the city of Austin, TX. This chain aims to serve the Texas community, while still keeping things «weird» as we do in Austin. We strive on providing a variety of fresh meat and produce as well as authentic dishes that conserve Mexico’s traditional flavors.
