Opened since September 2017, daily baked all day long for 5 generations. Now teaching apprentice program in order to learn the artisan life-style. We only use the best ingredients and my grand father techniques. Breakfast is now served for lunch or dinner. Don’t forget the glass of white wine.

It’s a family affair. I followed the footsteps of my father -C.O.O. at the bakery – who, himself, did the same and so on. I am the 5th generation of bakers, it’s as if I was born in the bakery. We have chosen to propose reality-live artisan experience of life by only recruiting zero experience bakers.
