Oscar Braeger returned from the war and started a Chevrolet dealership with Jim King in 1923, and King-Braeger was born! Later, King went on to start up his own Chevy dealership so Oscar changed the name to simply…Braeger Chevrolet. His son, Robert, took over the daily operations in the ’50’s and then his son in law, Todd Reardon, took over daily operations in the ’90’s. Todd has since grown the business by adding Braeger Ford in 1997. In September of 2019 the name of the company was changed to Lake Auto Group including Lake Chevrolet and Lake Ford.Jason E.
