I’m a wine and cheese enthusiast at heart; my passion for food goes beyond the kitchen to the celebration of life that occurs around the dinner table.A self-taught chef, I’m also the Culinary Founder/Owner of Tonda’s Kitchen Inc., a catering company featuring Contemporary American cuisine with Italian influence.
And it doesn’t stop there. I love educating clients on all things wine and cheese. In fact, I’ve conducted seminars for organizations like the National Society of Wine Educators, Chateau Ste. Michelle wine estates and locally for Quantum Leap Winery and Orlando Brewing Company.
In recent years, I’ve been featured at Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival with Food Network Star, Emily Ellyn, and you can see me hosting weekend guest segments on Orlando’s own WOFL Fox 35.
