We are proud to feature USDA Prime Beef from Harris Ranch which is located in Central California and provides us with all natural 80% grass fed beef finished with grain. Our beef is aged for twenty-one days and contains NO antibiotics and No hormones. Our knowledgeable staff is always ready to provide you with that special cut of meat that will be just right for any occasion with a smile. Our offerings include Kobe Beef and Kurobuta Pork. Ask to see them when you come by and we will show you. All of meat is cut and ground fresh several times per day on site. We feature our very own «Nancy Silverton» Burger Blend. The is a custom blend of Prime Ground Chuck and fat from Prime Sirloins that was specially designed by Nancy herself for the perfect hamburger. We are also proud to make over fifteen varieties of fresh and smoked sausages. Our sausages contain NO MSG or Sodium Nitrates. You will appreciate the savory flavor of our fresh made sausages. We are sure to have a variety that you will enjoy. We also carry a full variety of fresh veal, Colorado lamb, Iowa pork and a large selection of wild game meats and sausages. We offer wild boar, venison, elk, buffalo, alligator, duck and pheasant.
