We specialize in a quality used cars, trucks and SUV’s. Ernie’s Auto Sales has been in business for 30 years in the South Bay. We service people’s needs in financing or paying cash for there cars.

Ernie’s Auto Sales was established by Ernie and Patricia Duran in Aug 1999. We started off with an inventory of 8 to12 cars and have grown to an average of 35 to 40 cars in stock. We are a family owned and operated business. At our present location we as a family from my wife and our sons and daughter Andrew, Jared and Victoria and friends all participated in building this location from ground up. It was an adventure watching the development from the foundation to the new building with God’s grace. Our core value is to serve our customers and community to the best we can. God bless!

I started selling cars back in 1977 by accident. My wife was in the Navy and I just moved to San Diego and was in a need of a car, so we went to the Mile Of Cars to buy a car. I remember the salesman really didn’t know what he was talking about so the manager stepped into the office to close the deal. We went spent some time with the dealer buying our car, and at the end of the sales the manager offered me a job selling cars at Lamb Chev.and ever since then I was hooked. I really love buying and selling cars, because I meet the most interesting people on a one to one bases
