At Creme de la Cake, located in Fresno, California, we specialize in premium wedding and special occasion cakes. We work closely with each client to design a cake that uniquely complements the style and tone of their celebration. Our cakes are beautiful, contemporary, elegant and always delicious! Every cake we bake is created from scratch, all our buttercreams and fillings are made in-house. Nothing fake or pre-made here! We use only real butter in all our recipes. Our cakes are always moist and our buttercream is melt-in-your-mouth yummy. Our fondant is always soft and delicious, never hard or thick. We strive to use locally sourced ingredients and organic fruits when we can.

After receiving her certificate in baking and pastry from the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena, California in 2004, and working at premier bake shops in the bay area, Liz Roberto’s dream was to one day open her own wedding cake shop. Pastry Chef Liz brings to the Central Valley the philosophies and trend-setting design of the San Francisco Bay Area. At Crème de la Cake, her cakes are beautiful, whimsical and always naturally delicious. Always made from scratch, she uses only fresh, locally available ingredients. Chef Liz goes to great lengths to incorporate only the best organic foods and the finest chocolates available.
