In 1964, Andrea opened their first Italian salumeria in Orange, NJ, making homemade pasta products. Andrea later incorporated in 1977 when demand for their products grew, and distribution spread throughout the New York metropolitan area. Throughout the years Andrea Foods has acquired state of the art machinery for production and quick freezing processes in order to serve their customers with optimum efficiency and quality.
