Allison Homan owns Lehr’s Prime Market but her entire family is dedicated to it and totally involved! Allison grew up with a Family Butcher Shop in Wisconsin and has thoroughly enjoyed incorporating the Freshest Cut-to-Order Meats, Housemade Sausages, Recipes and Practices of the Old Fashioned Butcher Shop that she grew up in! Add a husband with extensive beer and wine experience and a full family of foodies who love to cook, grill and smoke and you have the backbone of Lehr’s Prime Market!
