It took 36 tries to get just the right blend of heat, spiciness, and flavor before we felt it was ready. After many taste tests with family and friends, we felt this needed to be shared with the world. While we love this sauce, and think you will too, variety is still the spice of life. Fine Brothers Foods is a collaboration of two brothers, geographically separated by most of a country that wanted to share something fun and interesting with friends and family. We’d often talked about this idea or that; alas none of our ideas had the right chemistry. Then, inspired by a uniquely different kind of chicken wing sauce we found in a distant Midwest outpost, we found the answer to our business dilemma – a sauce/food company! We’d start with a couple of sauces, and add new products as we discover new ideas that meet our qualifications of being unique and earn the right to be shared by the Fine Brothers, Inc. How could a chicken wing sauce inspire the two of us? Well, with all the different sauces out there pushing each other out of the way to be the hottest, with claims of really hot peppers, use of habanero peppers, ghost peppers, and claims of which sauce could have the highest heat rating, we found one unique sauce that plain and simply tasted like no other we ha
