Dr. Allen Seel opened Gentle Dental in 1991 and built a reputation for continually adopting new technologies like intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, and same-day crowns to provide patients in Ann Arbor, Canton, Saline, and Ypsilanti, MI with the highest quality of dental care. Continuing Dr. Seel’s legacy, Dr. Alessandra Dagostin, Dr. Debby Hwang, Dr. Young Kim, Dr. Neha Kuthiala, Dr. Tijen Lacin, Dr. Ronald Lechner, and Dr. Yan Wang look forward to providing you and your family with the high quality dental care you deserve.

I began managing Gentle Dental Associates in 2007 after working as a receptionist for two years. I had spent my career as a classroom teacher and had never pictured myself managing a healthcare business, but soon found that the principles I had learned as a teacher applied to managing an office.
My focus is education. I want people to understand that small dental concerns cost less in time and money to fix. The longer treatment is put off, the more invasive it becomes. A small cavity takes about a half hour and costs less than $150.00 to fill. Let it grow, and it can take up to five hours over three appointments and cost over $2,000.00 to fix!
