David Perlowin, watchmaker and owner of World Class Watches is a second-generation watchmaker. He apprenticed with his father in New York City. David went on to become a goldsmith and bench jeweler before returning to watchmaking, in 2001, the year he enrolled in a Watchmaker’s of Switzerland Training and Education program.
