We are an exclusive made-to-order gourmet bakery located inside Gruner Brothers Brewing, in Casper, Wyoming. We offer a full line of gourmet muffins, cupcakes and cookies. We also specialize in Greek pastries and hors d’oeuvres, including bakalva and spanakopita. Everything is baked fresh to order and custom orders are welcome. We deliver anywhere in Casper and the surrounding areas. We do weddings, event planning and catering services

Wind City Sweets and Treats opened in August 2016. I ran the business from home until May if 2019 when we moved into Gruner Brothers Brewing.

As a child Lisa loved cooking & baking for her family and friends and that continued on throughout the years. Nearly 30 years later, she turned her passion for food into a business. Lisa strives for perfection and aims to incorporate “A little something different” in her various interpretations of classic cupcake recipes, desserts, Greek hors d’oeuvres and pastries.
