Our company specializes in producing kiln dried slabs and making custom live edge wood furniture right here in Tacoma, WA. Made from locally reclaimed trees, we proudly control the entire process from milling to the finished project at our facility. We also offer Milling, Kiln Drying, Surfacing+Flattening Services, Chill Epoxy, and other products for our fellow live edge woodworkers and DIY enthusiasts.

Wane + Flitch has been serving the greater Seattle and Tacoma communities since 2015. The company is owned by three native Tacomans who had the collective vision to open a live edge showroom and warehouse in the South Puget Sound. Our talented woodworkers are experienced and committed to producing high-quality furniture, and our focused milling and drying process yields some of the best slabs available in the area. These values have established W+F as a trusted brand for both wood slabs and custom live edge furniture. The W+F storefront and slab warehouse is also centrally and conveniently located for anyone in the greater Puget Sound area (or even those coming from outside the area). Where did these pieces of furniture that you choose to have in your life come from? Why do you connect with it? With what we offer, we know exactly where the trees come from and we know why they come down. Often times we are helping to get it from where it’s grown to our facility. With that, we can provide that story and trackability for our customers. We help repurpose parts of these amazing local trees become legacy pieces and art in someone’s home or business.
