As a youth baking was always a passion and continued years later. My cakes not only need to be beautiful for your special day,but the design of your dreams. This is why I developed a technique to moisturizer my cakes, rich in flavors as well as a butter cream that melts in your mouth.

Confectionery Artist Rochelle Begin started working in a bakery at the age of 13.

She has baked, and specialized in, wedding cakes and the landmark anniversary cake, 25th and 50th, for many years from her home in Salem, Oregon.

The consultation is in the comfort and privacy of her home too. Because the work in done there, instead of a shop, she provides a more affordable price for her clients.
