Hello! I’m Carrie, your faithful baker and head unicorn around these parts. Unicorn Bake Shop has been a dream of mine for years, the kind that I would daydream about and then push out of my mind because it just wasn’t practical. Baking as a job? Oh come now. Then one day I turned forty and it occurred to me that big dreams don’t just magically happen. You have to take a leap! So here I am, holding my breath and leaping into the sugary abyss, clinging to my love of baking tasty sweets and feeding them to people. Right now I work out of my home kitchen but starting February 29th we are bringing all the Unicorn magic to Creston-Kenilworth with our new shop on SE Gladstone! Come see us and get a delicious treat and a nice cup of locally roasted coffee and hang out with the unicorns for a bit
