Tiffany’s Sweet Spot started in the home of Ben and Tiffany Thorpe in March of 2011. Once Tiffany learned how to decorate sugar cookies, she began showing friends and family her work! Floods of orders began pouring in, and the business was created. Shortly after, they began looking for a space to rent with a commercial kitchen. Nine months later, Tiffany’s Sweet Spot in LaQuinta opened their doors for business to the general public! Tiffany was not at all interested in selling cupcakes, but Ben said he wanted to. Now the cupcake business has taken over. In 2013 the couple competed on the Food Networks “Cupcake Wars.” Once the show aired the small cupcake shop has been booming. The growth has been exciting to be a part of!

A true family business run by husband and wife. Married in 2001 after college, the couple started their family here in the desert where Tiffany spent her high school years. Four kids and a bakery later, the Sweet Spot is their second home.
