Three Birdies Bakery was actually started by accident in Winter of 2018. Owner Jamie Roberts has always loved making beautiful cookies, and, after a friend had said that she would be interested in purchasing some, Jamie decided to make some Valentine’s Day cookies to try to sell. When she posted the cookies, she thought that she would maybe sell 10 cookies. She ended up selling over 400, just by word of mouth, and the business skyrocketed from there!
