We make pies from all-organic and sustainably raised ingredients grown primarily in California’s Central Valley. We sell every Saturday at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market from 8am-2pm. We offer delivery and pickup seven days a week out of our kitchen in the Bayview neighborhood. PLEASE NOTE: Sunday-Friday pie pickup is not at the Ferry Building, but rather at our kitchen at 2501 Phelps Street. xoxo, The Babes

Established in 2011.
Anna Derivi-Castellanos and Lenore Estrada founded Three Babes Bakeshop with the purpose of making delicious pies with all-organic and sustainably raised ingredients from California’s Central Valley (where both women grew up). After raising initial funding on Kickstarter, The Babes found a commercial kitchen to rent by the hour and set up shop in a little shipping container in the Mission, before eventually finding their way to the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market. Through their business, Lenore and Anna endeavor to bring more awareness to the economic, social, and environmental issues at play in the Central Valley today, and to help people realize how much power they can exercise by making thoughtful purchasing decisions. Three Babes Bakeshop has been honored in Food+Wine Magazine, Saveur, Bon Appetit, Rachael Ray Magazine, Esquire, Inc. Magazine, the Today Show, and on the Cooking Channel as having some of the best pies in the United States, and by the Huffington Post as the best on Earth.

Lenore Estrada and Anna Derivi-Castellanos are the co-founders of Three Babes Bakeshop. Best friends and bakers since childhood, Lenore and Anna hail from California’s Central Valley – an area famous for producing exceptional fruits, vegetables, and nuts. In June of 2011, they founded Three Babes with dreams of creating community through food and raising awareness about the environmental and economic issues currently at play in and around Stockton. As much as possible, Three Babes Bakeshop makes pies with ingredients cultivated by farmers from the Stockton area. Lenore and Anna are committed to promoting sustainable practices, and source organic and sustainably grown ingredients for all of their pies. Raised in families committed to social justice, Lenore and Anna are proud to continue in their parents’ work of bringing positive change to the world.
