We specialize in artisanal breads. Using fresh and local ingredients is our daily goal. We serve an assortment of pastries all day and offer breakfast and lunch from 8 AM to 3 PM Monday thru Saturday.

Established in 2013.
We started our business as a wholesale bread distributor to the top restaurants and hotels in San Antonio. When we out grew our wholesale kitchen we decided to move and find a location where we could offer our products to the general public. We customized our menu based on the different types of bread we create. We hope that every bite will be delicious and unique.

Lucas is a self-taught baker. He graduated form The California Culinary Academy of San Francisco and has been in the restaurant business for 15 years. Lucas is a native San Antonian. He has worked in many places around the United States, New York, New Orleans, San Francisco, but made a decision to make San Antonio his home.
