I am here to help people with technology. My grandmother gave me my first computer when I was 8 with one condition; that I help her anytime she needed me. Little did I realize that I would be obligated to come over to her house every single weekend and sit with her for hours and get her up to speed with her trusty Dell PC. Over the years I’ve learned how people interact with their technology, and the experience I’ve gained allows me to make technology easy and fun to use. I’ve worked for several major computer retailers and corporations over the years to gain the experience and knowledge to operate TechHub. TechHub was created as a solution to the lack of empathy, care, and expertise it requires to repair and connect people with their technology. I believe technology is here to improve our lives.
