Team Tongue Tie

Our office specializes in laser treatment of tongue, lip and buccal ties to help babies with breastfeeding issues, children with feeding, speech, or dental issues, and adults with dental or tie-related pain. We use our state of the art CO2 laser. We have on-site lactation support in both private and group settings. Our environment is relaxing, comforting, and tailored to meet your specific needs. We are now the first in San Diego to offer newborn circumcisions using our C02 laser.

Established in 2018.
After more than 20 years serving as a pediatrician for Kaiser Permanente, Dr. Sacker left the organization to pursue her passion … helping moms and babies who were struggling while breastfeeding. Team Tongue Tie opened its office at the beginning of 2018 and continues to care for newborns, toddlers, children, and adults with tongue tie issues.

Dr. Sacker practiced as a general pediatrician in the outpatient clinic and in the hospital NICU for over 20 years with Kaiser Permanente. She started the first laser frenectomy program in California for Kaiser. She uses her passion and her skills to further educate other healthcare professionals. Her goal is to focus on expanding education about tongue ties and help more mothers breastfeed their babies with success.
