Taylor’s isn’t your typical butcher shop — it’s even better! Serving up everything from traditional meats to Cajun and other specialty items, we’re proud to offer a wide range of flavorful options. Owner and butcher, Ellis Taylor, took over 20 years of experience running a store in Lafayette and brought that expertise all the way here to New Albany in 2018. Now, you can stop by to grab our famous deboned chickens, ribeye or chicken wraps, sausage, gumbo, and other ready-to-cook dishes. Not only do we never put fillers or additives in our meats, but we also vacuum seal them to preserve freshness. No matter what, we aim to exude that festive spirit of Cajun culture to both feed and build our community.
