Dr. Steven Niethamer and Dr. Lauren Gutenberg are pediatric dentists who provide dental care for infants, children, teens and special needs children. The doctors and their caring staff take the extra time needed to give children the best possible visits. As needed, nitrous oxide, oral sedation and general anesthesia is available to help make treatment easier. Teens and young adults may benefit from Invisalign and wisdom teeth extraction services.

Dr. Steve is the first pediatric dentist to practice in the Coachella Valley. His patients back then as they do now came from towns as far away a 29 Palms, Blythe and El Central. He is a member of the medical staff at Desert Regional Medical Center, a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Fellow in the American College of Dentistry and the Website Editor and Online Continuing Education Chairman for the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry. He and his associate, Dr. Lauren Gutenberg, have recently opened a second office in Yucca Valley.
