Steven DiFranco Jewelers started back in 1973 as a trade shop that repaired and manufactured jewelry for other jewelers. We expanded to an office in Euclid where we still took care of other jeweler’s repairs, but we started to sell to the public. After a few years of being in a small, cramped office we moved to our first store that was located in Kirtland. We still did repairs and manufacturing for other jewelers, but at this point our retail customer base was increasing rapidly. A few years after being in Kirtland, we moved into our new larger store in Willoughby, were we are now. Predominantly serving the public, while still helping out jewelers with some of their repair and manufacturing needs. What will the future bring for Steven DiFranco Jewelers? We’re still growing and hungry to take care of more satisfied customers, so time will tell!

Once I was a teenager, My Pop said “time to get a job kid”. I replied: “I want to be a race car driver”. Pop said, I’ve got you a job at Richard’s Jewelers in the Great Lakes Mall in Mentor. Not exactly driving race cars, but it seemed to me that I had little choice in the matter.

After a few years at Richard’s, I moved over to Alvin’s Jewelers at Shoregate, and then to Alvin’s the old Mentor Mall. The education continued…..

Steven DiFranco Jewelers was incorporated in 1973 as a wholesale only trade shop and jewelry wholesaler. As business grew, Pop and I expanded into the retail jewelry arena. Now, Steven DiFranco Jewelers has the largest selection of engagement rings, wedding bands, and anniversary rings in Northeast Ohio.

Our in-store repair and manufacturing facility is truly state of the art and one of the most technologically advanced in Northeast Ohio.
