Established in 1986.
Dr. Jim Lichtsinn is a lifetime resident of Moorhead, MN and graduated from Concordia College. Dr. Lichtsinn received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He completed a post-doctoral general practice residency at the V.A. in Minneapolis and was an instructor at the U of M. He returned to Moorhead and purchased the practice of Dr. Louis Remark in 1986. He enjoyed 21 years working in the Dental Associates Building. In January 2008, Dr. Lichtsinn relocated his practice to Fargo and established his state-of-the-art clinic at Southpointe Dental.

Dr Jim is married to his high school sweetheart, Mary Ann. They have 2 grown children. Their son & his wife are both physicians & their daughter has a master’s degree in social work. Jim & Mary are enjoying their new role as grandparents to a beautiful granddaughter & grandson.
Jim & Mary are active members of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Moorhead. Jim enjoys fishing & leisure activities “at the lake”. In his spare time, he also enjoys reading & travel.
Dr. Lichtsinn’s passion for dentistry has led him to study at the Dawson Center for the Advancement of Dentistry & the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education. His extensive studies at these prestigious institutes include: Dental Implants, Reconstructive & Cosmetic Dentistry and treatment of TMJ Dysfunction.
