Due to an at work accident Jeffrey had to switch careers! Long story short, being a single father with no career path and a infant whom didn’t like to sleep much. Jeffrey would watch the jewelry television channel at all odd hours of the night and grew interested. With the hunger to learn he enrolled himself into GIA the gemological institute of America. Was top of his class in the Diamond course and second in colored gemstones. His introduction to the jewelry industry was as a Diamond grader where he graded over 30k stones. Onward to retail, the experiences weren’t so great but he learned through his own personality and knowledge how to embrace each customer with honesty and respect and not for just the sale. Coming from a blue Collar past there was a bit of culture shock in his dealings with how individuals act in this industry, but this lead to a different approach knowing everything hasn’t just been handed to him and he needed to connect with each customer differently.
