Dr. Menser grew up in Forest Park and Graduated from Del City High School. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Oklahoma, School of Dentistry. He served as a United States Air Force Captain . Dr. Menser returned to the Mid-Del community in 1998. He is currently a member of the the American Dental Society, The Oklahoma Dental Society and the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce. He served as Monroney PTA president in 2004 and often sponsors a dental education program in surrounding elementary schools. In 2011 Dr. Menser expanded his practices to include Braces and has been a Diplomate and Instructor with the Academy of GP Orthodontics for several years. He is currently serving as Board President of AGPO. Dr. Menser also is a member of the Academy of International Association-Orthodontic and the American Orthodontic Society
