Owned and operated by best friends Casey Longyear and Marshe Wyche, Rumors provides the south with trendy recycled clothing for very affordable prices. Hundreds of hand picked items arrive daily for men and women, and Rumors buys clothing from the community Monday – Saturday until 5pm. Local & independent accessories and vinyl are available as well.

Exactly one year after graduating from VCU’s Department of Fashion Design & Merchandising, Casey and best friend Marshe opened Rumors’ doors a block from campus. In addition to running her shop and helping Richmond look good, Casey works as RVA Magazine’s fashion editor and has helped the Virginia Board of Education restructure fashion & marketing curriculums to keep them up to date.
