River Run specializes in general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry for the entire family. All of our doctors have extensive clinical experience and excellent patient rapport. We participate with a number of Insurance providers including Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Met-Life, and United Healthcare. Established in 2006.
River Run Dental moved to it’s current location in July of 2010. Prior to being on Shrader Rd in the West End of Richmond, our practice was located several miles away on Parham Rd. In 2016 the practice underwent a complete renovation and rebranded from Rusnak Family Dentistry to River Run Dental. All of our doctors are seasoned dental professionals and have experience in a variety of disciplines such as Cosmetic Dentistry, Family Dentistry and Implant Dentistry. Currently River Run Dental is located in a state-of-the-art dental facility and utilizes modern technology to enhance each patient’s visit.

Dr. Rusnak is a graduate of both Hampden Sydney College and The Medical College of Virginia. He graduated in 2004 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and began practicing dentistry in Richmond, VA. In 2006 Rusnak Family Dentistry was born, and in 2016 Dr. Rusnak rebranded the practice as River Run Dental in order to better represent the spa dentistry experience offered at his practice.

Dr. Rusnak is well trained in the latest dental techniques and he places a strong emphasis on keeping up with the advancements that are continually being made in order to enhance the patient experience. As someone who is passionate about providing his community with healthy smiles, Dr. Rusnak also volunteers his time with a local dental clinic and serves as an adjunct faculty member at the VCU School of Dentistry.
