When Hyman Rinkoff a highly skilled Master Baker came over from the Ukraine and settled with his family in Whitechapel. Putting down roots that 102 years later have blossomed into the 4th generation of family bakers. Creating the delicious Challah’s and Rye Breads,the tantalising home made Cheesecakes and Strudels and ultimately our famous Danish pastries once eaten never ever forgotten. Customers travel far and wide to sample.
