Redding Dental Group believes a healthy smile is essential to whole body health. Specifically, we strive to provide a warm, professional environment in which we offer an expansive array of aesthetic dental services, while encouraging the values that promote overall health.

Redding Dental Group was started by Dr. Hanson. In 2006, Dr. Guerin bought the practice.

Born and raised in California, Dr.Guerin grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area’s eastern Tri-Valley. He attended Las Positas College, followed by UC Davis and UCSF School of Dentistry. Before attending dental school, Dr.Guerin conducted research for 5 years at the UC Davis Nutrition Department, collaborating on obesity, aging, and diabetes studies. Dr.Guerin has a diverse background, which is reflected in the assortment of jobs that he has held over the years. This includes various construction jobs, working the salmon fisheries in Alaska, at restaurants and waiting tables, landscaping, animal technician, automotive repair shop owner,dentist, clinical professor, dental administrator, and now small business owner.

Dr. Guerin has been in the Redding area for 15 years, first serving as the Associate Dental Director for Shasta Community Health Center and more recently, the owner of Redding Dental Group.
