Rachel Dee Minyard started her career in design and hair styling. She’s always loved fashion, though, which is why, when opening a boutique of her own, she wanted to do more to impact the lives of others. She founded PURPOSE with this as her focus, creating a mission to help people who are underprivileged by selling ethically sourced styles from her boutique in Midtown Sacramento.

Rachel does many things, like owning a business, working as a hair stylist, a speaker, and an educator. But those are just the things she does. In addition, she is passionate, kind, scathingly witty, and goofy. But, most importantly, she’s a mom that wants to teach her children through her actions to believe, live, and act on a deeper type of love. This is why she and her husband founded PURPOSE in Midtown, to create community while inspiring others to do good and look great while being humanKIND.
