Established in 1986.
It has always been a locally owned and locally staffed independent retailer of quality pet foods, products and accessories. Over the years it has grown from a 600 square foot store to slightly under 3000 square feet. Our three full time and five part time employees have a total of over 85 years of experience in the retail pet industry.

We have lived in Los Gatos for 50 years. Cindy is a graduate of Los Gatos High. Three daughters Hilary, Ashleigh Coffeng, and Gillian are alums as well! Gary is A Lion in town. Cindy’s experience in breeding and showing Great Danes led them to be the most recent caretakers of Pet People. We are committed to keeping up with your pet’s health and keeping our awesome employees “in the know” of all the latest products. They are already extremely knowledgeable about pet food.
