Olde World Bagel

We provide authentic, high quality, fresh, and healthy products in a quick-serve, yet upscale setting. Its in-store bakery guarantees true, boiled, New York Style Bagels and pastries made from scratch. The menu includes breakfast, hot/cold sandwiches, soups, salads, and specials. Olde World also provides wholesale and catering services to a variety of customers.

Established in 1997.
Olde World Bagels was founded as a Chesapeake Bagel franchise, but negotiated a separation in the year 2000. Since then it has operated as an independent business, serving customers along the Front Range of Colorado. In December 2004, the business was purchased by the current owner. In addition to retail services, the comapny wholesales its product to more that 50 commercial clients — coffee shops, hospitals, schools, and corporate food service groups.

Ken came to Olde World Bagel in partnership with his son follow a variety of careers. He taught high school English for eight years, programmed computers for another 8, ran an electronic publishing group for seven and was a telecommunications product marketer for another seven. Ken enjoys learning new things and working on a variety of roles, and ownership of a small local business certainly provides opportunities along these lines.
